The Sirman C-TRONIC 9 bowl cutter processes meat, vegetables and other ingredients into a uniform mince, purée or filling, and is used in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals that prepare large batches of minced dishes, pâtés or meatball mixes. The body, made entirely of anodised and polished aluminium, delivers stability and quiet operation even at high speeds, while placing the motor next to the bowl keeps the product isolated from heat. The stainless steel bowl has handles and a heavy bottom, and the knives are made of cutlery-grade steel. A transparent Tritan lid allows visual control of the cutting process, and an opening lets ingredients be added during operation. Speed is adjusted via the Variotronic variator, with stainless steel IP67-rated controls.
