The CELME CUT L8 2V CE bowl cutter is a two-speed model in the CELME range, combining the output of the most powerful CUT L8 with the ability to choose a processing mode for a specific product. Switching between 700 and 1400 rpm lets staff run a gentle mixing cycle or a fast, intensive chopping cycle without changing equipment.
The motor runs on a three-phase 380 V supply and delivers 0.67–1.1 kW depending on the selected speed, giving output of up to 5.5 kg/h. The body and knife assembly with bushing are made of stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for food-service equipment. A transparent lid with a watertight seal and a dosing feeder allows control over the process and gradual addition of ingredients. The model complies with European CE standards.
