The GoodFood PG1000 High-Speed Grinder (Mill) is a countertop unit from the GoodFood brand for milling grain and legumes into first- and second-grade flour, as well as grinding spices, coffee and sugar — suited for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafes and bakeries.
Grinding takes place inside a sealed stainless steel housing with a 1000 g hopper (205×90 mm diameter); the blades are also stainless steel and rotate at 25,000 rpm. The motor is fan-cooled, and the unit is fitted with a timer.
