The Bartscher 135012 ice crusher breaks cube ice into fine crushed ice used for cold drinks, compotes, fruit juices and desserts. It is used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as catering facilities that prepare chilled beverages in large batches every day.
The housing is made of high-quality stainless steel, resistant to moisture and frequent washing. The 1.7 L ice hopper is covered with a lid, and the removable collection tray holds up to 1 kg of crushed ice. Output reaches 60 kg of ice per hour, allowing kitchen staff to quickly prepare enough crushed ice for a large number of servings at once. Two safety switches ensure safe operation, and the unit connects to a single-phase 230 V supply.
