Ceado V90 Ice Crusher

The Ceado V90 is the first vertical ice crusher designed specifically for professional use, made by the Italian manufacturer Ceado. Thanks to Ceado's patented crushing system, it can crush ice at a rate of up to 2 kg per minute and can be used either to prepare cocktails straight into the glass or to build up a stock of crushed ice ahead of the busiest service hours.

A stainless steel blade block and a powerful gear motor with a bronze gear provide the torque needed to crush ice cubes to the right size in seconds — suited to muddled cocktails such as Caipirinha or Mojito. An automatic shutdown system invented by Ceado protects staff while the unit runs at speed.
