The AIRHOT IC-1 ice crusher produces crushed ice for chilled drinks — fruit compotes, berry drinks, iced tea — in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals during the warm season. Horizontal loading and a hopper with a press lever make it easy to feed ice into the crushing bowl safely, without staff hands touching the blades.
The unit's output is 65 kg of crushed ice per hour, letting kitchen staff serve drinks quickly to large numbers of canteen or buffet visitors. The body is made of plastic, the ice container of a durable aluminium alloy, and the crushing bowl of stainless steel that withstands contact with food and a damp environment.
