The EMOK-150 potato peeler in a 380V version is designed for kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and catering businesses with a three-phase power supply. The machine mechanically peels potatoes and root vegetables, gently removing the skin while preserving nutrients in the product.
Output reaches 150 kg of potatoes per hour, with a single load capacity of 7 kg, and a full cycle - loading and unloading included - takes no more than two minutes.
