The GoodFood MFD33 milk mixer is countertop equipment for preparing milkshakes and other whipped drinks in catering kitchens and school or kindergarten buffets. The unit has three mixing spindles, allowing several portions of a drink to be prepared at the same time.
Each spindle is fitted with a 1-litre stainless steel cup. The motor provides two rotation speeds, with a maximum output in the 8,000–16,000 rpm range, giving good whipping performance for drinks of different consistencies.
