The Sirman SIRIO 1 drink mixer is a compact Italian-made unit for preparing cocktails, milk-based drinks and similar mixes in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals. Its restrained modern design and seamless body with no sharp edges make daily cleaning easier and meet the requirements for food-service premises.
The mixer head comes in white or chrome, the stem is aluminium, and the die-cast base gives the unit stability during operation. A transparent 0.55 L Tritan cup (a stainless steel cup is available on request) sits on a countertop stand; 1-cup, 2-cup and wall-mounted versions are available. The spindle is fitted with three aluminium and stainless steel agitators for cocktails and drinks, or a special round agitator for ice cream and creamy mixes. A safety microswitch on the cup support improves operator safety (optional for non-EU countries).
