The GoodFood PM-B10W planetary mixer is designed for kneading high-hydration yeast dough, whipping creams, mixing minced meat and preparing other culinary and confectionery mixes: egg and cream fillings, protein masses, mousses, batters, mayonnaise and pastry doughs. It is used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafes and bakeries.
Bowl capacity is 10 L, made of stainless steel. The mixer head lifts, making it easy to change attachments and unload the product. The attachment's rotation speed on its own axis is smoothly adjustable, while it orbits the bowl at 302 rpm. Included accessories are a whisk, paddle and hook. Parts in contact with the product are made of food-grade stainless steel, and the bowl has a protective cover. The metal body is painted white. Motor power is 500 W, with overload protection, at 220 V. Construction complies with CE standards; an optional protective mesh guard is available.
