The Frosty FM-7 planetary mixer is compact countertop equipment for confectionery and cooking tasks in kitchens at schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities that need to mix creams, dough or minced meat without extra staff involvement.
The unit has a compact footprint of 250×410×425 mm, so it fits even on a small worktable in a kitchen. It runs on a 220V supply and consumes 0.35 kW (350 W). The working attachments — a beater and a spiral hook — are made of aluminium and stainless steel, which makes them easy to clean after use.
