GoodFood PM-B7-F Planetary Mixer

The GoodFood PM-B7-F planetary mixer is countertop equipment for kneading dough and whipping creams or sauces in kitchens that bake or prepare desserts on site. The 7-litre bowl is made of stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for food-production equipment.

The planetary motion of the tool mixes the batch evenly throughout the bowl. Speed is smoothly adjustable from 85 to 530 rpm depending on the type of kneading or whipping required. A lifting head makes it easy to fit and remove the bowl, and the attachment set includes a whisk, a hook and a paddle for different tasks.

Specifications

Planetary mixers of this size are used in kindergarten kitchens, school canteens, hospital catering units and other facilities that prepare baked goods, desserts, creams or sauces in relatively small batches — up to a few kilograms per mix.

The three included attachments let one machine handle different tasks: the whisk for whipping liquid mixtures and creams, the hook for kneading dense dough, and the paddle for mixing lighter batches without incorporating much air.
