The GoodFood PM10 is a floor-standing planetary mixer with a 10 L bowl for confectionery production, useful for school and kindergarten kitchens that bake in-house, as well as bakeries, cafes and pastry workshops.
The body is white-painted metal, and the stainless-steel bowl lifts for loading ingredients. A mechanical gearbox without a speed synchroniser delivers three speeds — 90, 160 and 300 rpm; the speed should only be switched when the motor has fully stopped.
