The HENDI Kitchen Line planetary mixer with a 7-litre bowl is designed for kneading dough, whipping creams, mayonnaise and other mixtures in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as other institutions that bake pastries and confectionery in large batches.
The mixer body is silver-coloured, with a digital control panel. The motor delivers 650 W at 230 V and plugs into a standard socket without the involvement of an electrician. The unit is fitted with a micro switch protection that prevents the motor from running while the bowl guard is open. The mixer is designed for kitchen use; there is no built-in cycle programming — operation is manual via the digital panel.
