The Inoxtech HLB-7 planetary mixer is equipment from the Italian brand Inoxtech, used for kneading dough and mixing other products in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and confectionery sections of catering institutions. The planetary motion of the mixing tool — rotating around its own axis and around the bowl axis — ensures even mixing of large batches without manual intervention.
The mixer's stationary body is made of aluminium, while the bowl and interchangeable attachments are made of stainless steel 304. The bowl capacity is 7 L, the drive is belt-driven, and the speed variator reaches up to 300 rpm. The 0.5 kW motor runs on a 220 V supply, with control buttons mounted directly on the housing.
