Frosty B-10 Planetary Mixer, 10 L Bowl

The Frosty B-10 planetary mixer is built for kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses that regularly knead dough, whip creams or mix minced meat in relatively small batches. The floor-standing design with a fixed mixing head makes it convenient for kitchen staff to run day to day without constant supervision of the process.

The bowl holds 10 L and has a lift-up design that simplifies loading and unloading. Three rotation speeds — 47, 79 and 154 rpm — let staff match the setting to dough, cream or minced meat. The 370 W motor runs on a 220 V supply. Three interchangeable attachments are included for different mixture types.
