The mixer frame is sturdy and made from thick material, with a removable bowl in AISI 304 stainless steel protected by a metal wire guard. It comes with three removable metal tools: an aluminium spatula and hook, plus a whisk made of steel and aluminium. The gearbox is steel, offering 3 speeds, and the motor is ventilated. Both the lid and the bowl are fitted with safety micro-switches that stop operation when opened.
