Fimar MX40 Immersion Blender

The Fimar MX40 immersion blender is used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens for preparing cream soups, sauces, purees and other dishes in large containers. The unit comes with two interchangeable attachments — a mixer stick and a whisk — plus a motor unit with a speed regulator, letting staff match the setting to the texture being processed.

The mixer stick is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and is suited to soups, vegetable purees, sauces, batters, mayonnaise, tomato puree, pesto and similar preparations. The whisk, also AISI 304 stainless steel, is used for whipping cream, making creams, omelettes and soufflés. The MX40 set includes a 40 cm mixer stick with a working immersion depth of up to 29 cm and a 35 cm whisk with immersion up to 20 cm, both rated for containers up to 60 L.
