The Fimar MX25 is a more compact model in Fimar's immersion blender range, designed for preparing dishes in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens in containers up to 30 L. Unlike the larger models in the line, the MX25 is supplied with a mixer stick only — no whisk — which keeps the blender lighter and more compact for everyday work with smaller batches.
The mixer stick is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and is used for soups, vegetable purees, sauces, batters, mayonnaise, tomato puree, pesto and similar preparations. The MX25 stick is 30 cm long, giving a working immersion depth of up to 19 cm — enough for the containers commonly used in the kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions. The model is also available as a motor unit only, without the attachment.
