The Robot Coupe Mini MP 240 Combi combines an immersion blender and a whisk in a single unit, letting kitchen staff prepare sauces and emulsions and whip small batches of food for dietary or children's menus at one workstation.
The interchangeable attachments — a 240 mm shaft with blade and a stainless steel whisk — snap on and off without tools. In blender mode the speed is adjustable from 2000 to 12500 rpm, and in whisk mode from 350 to 1560 rpm. The 290 W motor runs on a single-phase supply, and a stainless steel wall mount is included.
