The Apach VVC 250 hand mixer (also listed by the manufacturer as Apach AFM 250 VVC 250) is compact electromechanical equipment for chopping, mixing and whipping food in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that run their own catering facility. Its compact size makes it easy to keep close at hand at the cook's workstation and use daily for preparing purées, sauces, cream soups and other dishes that require a smooth consistency in large batches.

The body is made of plastic, while the working attachments are stainless steel, matching the sanitary requirements for kitchen tools used in institutional catering. Rotation speed is adjusted smoothly through a variator, and an electronic speed and power stabilization system (SRS) keeps the motor running evenly regardless of the density of the food being processed. The motor is ventilated and thermally protected, reducing the risk of overheating during continuous use throughout a work shift.
