Robot Coupe CMP 300 Combi Hand Blender-Mixer, up to 30 L

Within Robot Coupe's range of hand blender-mixers, the CMP 300 Combi is the top model of the Combi series: a single unit works both as an immersion blender and as a whisk mixer, with a maximum batch capacity of up to 30 L. This combination of functions and output suits school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens with high daily volumes of soups, purees, sauces and creams.

The 350 W motor runs on single-phase power, with speed managed by a self-regulating system: 2300 to 9600 rpm for blending and 500 to 1800 rpm for whisking. The blender's working assembly — blade, guard bell and shaft — is 300 mm long and made entirely of stainless steel; the blade, bell and shaft are all removable, with the shaft additionally fitted with a 3-level watertightness system. Overall length is 700 mm with the blending tube and 610 mm with the whisk, at a 125 mm body diameter, with outer dimensions of 125×125×700 mm. The unit features the EasyPlug quick-connect system, and a stainless steel whisk plus a wall mount are included.
