The Robot Coupe CMP 300 V.V. hand blender is compact French-made equipment for mixing, blending and emulsifying large volumes of food directly in a production pot or kettle. With a maximum batch capacity of up to 30 L, it fits well into school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional catering kitchens that prepare soups, purees and sauces in industrial-size containers every day.
The 350 W motor runs on single-phase power and features a self-regulating speed system across a range of 2300 to 9600 rpm, automatically adjusting to the thickness of the product. The working assembly — blade, guard bell and shaft — is made entirely of stainless steel and measures 300 mm in length; the blade is removable and the guard bell is removable, while the shaft on this version is fixed. Overall length of the blender is 660 mm with a 94 mm diameter. The unit is fitted with the EasyPlug quick-connect system, and a stainless steel blade plus a wall mount are included.
