The Robot Coupe MP 450 Combi Ultra hand blender-mixer belongs to the Combi range and features an extended 450 mm working shaft designed for large kettles and containers. It combines an immersion blender and a whisk in a single drive unit with quick-change attachments, and is used for pureeing soups, preparing sauces and mash, and whipping large volumes in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens.
Speed is adjusted automatically — from 1500 to 9000 rpm in blender mode and from 250 to 1500 rpm in whisk mode — with a self-regulating system that maintains output regardless of product density. The blade, bell and shaft are made of stainless steel and detach easily for washing. According to the manufacturer, the unit can process up to 100 litres per cycle, enough to prepare food for several groups or departments of an institution at once.
