The Apach ATS 12 1Ф industrial meat mincer is single-phase equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach for daily meat grinding in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations that do not have a three-phase power supply. Its compact size and standard 220 V plug make it easy to install in smaller preparation areas.
The mincer is fitted with an Enterprise mincing unit with a standard plate hole diameter of 6 mm and a 70 mm mouth diameter, giving an output of up to 200 kg/h. The mincing group is made of food-grade cast iron, while the tray and feed hopper are stainless steel. A ventilated asynchronous motor with thermal protection and a reversing gear extend service life under intensive daily use.
