The Apach ATS22UT industrial meat mincer is built by the Italian manufacturer Apach for high-volume meat processing in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as busy foodservice operations.
The model is fitted with an Unger mincing unit and delivers output of up to 300 kg/h, letting it handle large batches of meat quickly. The mouth diameter is 82 mm, the standard plate hole diameter is 10 + 6 mm, and the mincing unit itself is made of food-grade cast iron. Power supply is available at 220 V or 380 V, with a 1.1 kW motor.
