Pimak BKM-22 Meat Grinder, 400 kg/h Output

The Pimak BKM-22 meat grinder is a mid-capacity model in the Turkish manufacturer's BKM line, built for daily meat mincing in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that process larger volumes of ground meat than the entry-level model in the range. It is designed for steady use throughout a full working shift and suits central school-catering facilities serving several institutions at once.

The outer housing and loading tray are made of stainless steel, a material that meets sanitary requirements for food equipment and stands up well to frequent washing and disinfection. The working assembly — ring, plate, knife and worm screw — is removable, letting staff quickly strip the unit down for cleaning or knife replacement without calling a technician. Output reaches 400 kg/h, the unit runs on a 220-380 V supply, and the motor delivers 1.5 kW (2 hp). The grinder weighs 52 kg and measures 770×310×350 mm.
