Pimak BKM-22-S Refrigerated Meat Grinder, 400 kg/h Output

The Pimak BKM-22-S meat grinder is a version of the BKM-22 model with a built-in cooling system that keeps ground meat at a stable temperature during processing. This matters for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, where sanitary rules set stricter temperature controls for raw meat products at every stage of handling.

The outer housing and loading tray are made of stainless steel, while the working assembly — ring, plate, knife and worm screw — is removable for easy cleaning and servicing. The cooling system includes a digital display that lets staff monitor temperature during operation. Output reaches up to 400 kg/h, the unit runs on a 220-380 V supply, and the motor delivers 1.5 kW (2 hp). It weighs 67 kg and measures 860×360×430 mm.
