The Pimak BKM-32 meat grinder is the top model in the Turkish manufacturer's BKM line, rated for up to 600 kg/h and designed for centralized kitchens and school- or hospital-catering plants that process large volumes of meat daily to supply dishes to several institutions.
The outer housing and loading tray are made of stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment and simplifying disinfection after a shift. The working assembly — ring, plate, knife and worm screw — is removable, so staff can carry out servicing, cleaning or knife replacement on their own. The unit runs on a 220-380 V supply, with a motor rated at 2.2-3 kW (2.9-4 hp). It weighs 65 kg and measures 870×330×400 mm.
