The Pimak BKM-32-S meat grinder is a version of the top BKM model fitted with a built-in cooling system that keeps ground meat at a stable temperature while processing large volumes. It is designed for centralized kitchens and school- or hospital-catering plants where raw materials are subject to strict temperature-related sanitary rules.
The outer housing and loading tray are made of stainless steel, while the working assembly — ring, plate, knife and worm screw — is removable for quick cleaning and servicing. The cooling system includes a digital temperature display. The unit runs on a 220-380 V supply, with a motor rated at 1.2-3 kW (3-4 hp). It weighs 80 kg and measures 860×360×460 mm.
