The Everest TCE 12 meat mincer is an electric mincer from the Italian manufacturer Everest S.r.l., built for regular meat processing in volumes beyond the reach of domestic appliances. The unit is fitted with a helical steel gear reducer running in an oil bath, giving quiet and stable operation under load.
The casing is made of a special aluminium alloy, the motor head is covered with a stainless steel band, and the hopper and meat bowl are made of 18/8 stainless steel. The grinding unit is made entirely of 18/8 stainless steel or cast iron; the hopper and grinding unit can be removed from the body for thorough cleaning. The motor is ventilated, and the machine complies with international accident-prevention regulations.
