The Everest TCE 8 / 2000 is an upgraded version of the TCE 8 from the Italian manufacturer Everest S.r.l., offering slightly higher output and a stainless steel body. The model complies with international accident-prevention standards and is designed for regular meat processing in small to medium volumes.
The drive is an oil-bath gearbox with a worm screw, giving quiet operation. The casing and hopper are made of 18/8 stainless steel, and the motor is ventilated (self-ventilated). The grinding unit is made entirely of food-grade aluminium; the hopper and grinding unit can be removed from the body for thorough cleaning.
