The Everest TGE 8 is a combination meat mincer and grater from the Italian manufacturer Everest S.r.l., built into a single compact housing. The unit is designed for everyday meat mincing and grating of cheese or other products in kitchens with moderate daily workload.
The casing is made of a special aluminium alloy, driven by a worm gearbox running in an oil bath for quiet operation. The grater roller is made of steel. The grinding unit is made entirely of food-grade aluminium, and the hopper is stainless steel; both parts can be removed from the body for thorough cleaning. The design complies with international accident-prevention standards.
