The HENDI 198 Meat Mincer 210864 is a compact electric mincer from the Dutch brand HENDI for preparing small batches of ground meat and homemade sausages in an institutional kitchen: a kindergarten catering unit, a hospital canteen, a small café or dining hall. The manufacturer positions the model for household-scale workloads rather than commercial use.
The meat hopper is die-cast metal and closes with a meat dish/dust cover that protects the product from dust while loading. The worm screw is aluminium and the cutting knife is stainless steel; the housing and working parts are made of stainless steel and food-grade PET plastic.
