The Apach ATS 22 3ф industrial meat mincer is high-output, three-phase equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach for large school, college and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations that process significant volumes of meat every day. A 380 V three-phase connection allows higher power output than the single-phase models in the range.
The Enterprise mincing unit with a standard plate hole diameter of 6 mm and an enlarged 82 mm mouth diameter delivers output of up to 300 kg/h. The mincing group is made of food-grade cast iron, while the tray and feed hopper are stainless steel. A ventilated asynchronous motor with thermal protection and a reversing gear increase reliability under constant load.
