The Sirman TC 12 E meat mincer is a more powerful model in the range, built for grinding meat in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that prepare minced-meat dishes for a considerable number of portions every day.
The unit is designed for single-phase or three-phase power supply, has a motor power of 735 W (1 Hp) and an output of 25 kg per 10 minutes of operation. It comes with a standard Ø4.5 mm plate. The body is die-cast from polished aluminium.
