The Inoxtech HM-22A meat grinder (Italy) is designed to process raw meat into mince at food-service kitchens with a high daily volume of cooking — school and hospital canteens and central catering facilities, where mince for first and second courses is prepared on site rather than delivered ready-made.
The grinder's housing is made of aluminium, while the cutting tools are food-grade stainless steel. Output reaches 250–300 kg/h, and the reverse function (reverse rotation) clears blockages in the auger assembly without disassembling the unit. The "full unger" accessory set includes the auger, a large grate, two double-sided knives, plus medium and fine grates with hole diameters of 10, 6 and 5 mm respectively, allowing staff to produce mince with different degrees of grinding depending on the dish.
