The Sirman TC 8 VEGAS meat mincer is compact Italian-made equipment for grinding meat in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that prepare minced-meat dishes for a large number of portions every day.
The unit runs on a single-phase power supply, has a motor power of 250 W (0.34 Hp) and an output of 70 kg/h. It comes with a standard Ø6 mm plate. The body is made from anodised aluminium with shockproof ABS side panels.
