The AIRHOT VC-300 vegetable cutter speeds up daily vegetable prep in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, where cooks need to slice dozens of kilograms of potatoes, carrots, cabbage and other vegetables every day for soups, salads and side dishes. Replacing manual cutting with a mechanical unit shortens prep time and reduces the workload on vegetable-prep staff.
The countertop design lets the cutter be placed directly on the kitchen worktop with no extra installation needed.
