Fimar TV3000N Vegetable Cutter, 0.45 kW

The Fimar TV3000N vegetable cutter is Italian-made equipment designed for mechanized processing of vegetables and fruit in kitchens that handle a large daily volume of meal preparation — school canteens, kindergartens, hospitals and central catering units. The machine quickly cuts, shreds and grates produce of various shapes and sizes, reducing manual workload during mass meal preparation.

The body and feed inlet are made of AISI 430 stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for equipment that comes into contact with food. To handle products of different shapes, the machine has a double feed inlet: an oval opening of roughly 155×75 mm and a round opening of 56 mm in diameter. A safety microswitch on the handle stops the machine when it is opened.
