The Frosty VC30MV vegetable cutter is compact equipment for slicing raw and cooked vegetables in the kitchens of kindergartens, schools and healthcare facilities, as well as in small foodservice kitchens where compact dimensions and easy daily operation matter.
The unit's housing is made of plastic, which makes it lighter than metal-bodied alternatives — the cutter weighs just 14.2 kg, so it can easily be moved between work areas or stored away when not in use. The design includes a motor overload protection system, and the interchangeable discs supplied with the unit allow vegetables to be cut into strips and slices for salads, soups and side dishes.
