The HURAKAN HKN-FNT-A vegetable cutter with a disc set is professional electromechanical equipment for cutting vegetables and fruit in the prep sections of school and hospital kitchens, restaurants and foodservice businesses with a high daily volume of food preparation.
The unit delivers output of up to 300 kg/h and is designed for firm and medium-firm products — potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, cucumbers, zucchini, apples, firm pears, as well as hard cheeses, sausage products and boiled root vegetables. Soft or leafy products such as tomatoes or greens are not recommended for this equipment — a knife is better suited for those. A set of discs for different cutting types is included.
