The HURAKAN HKN-FNT-M vegetable cutter is a countertop machine for slicing vegetables in prep areas of canteens, restaurants and cafes. A set of five interchangeable discs handles carrots, beets, potatoes, onions, cucumbers, zucchini and cabbage without a hand knife or swapping equipment for each task.
Throughput of up to 300 kg/h at a blade speed of 270 rpm matches the pace needed during a lunch rush or a full day of salad prep. Discs change tool-free — two for slicing (2 and 4 mm) and three for grating (3, 4 and 7 mm), plus an ejector disc and pusher included. The housing is food-grade aluminum, and the product-contact parts are stainless steel.
