The Robot Coupe CL 30 Bistro vegetable slicer is a compact countertop unit for slicing, grating and shredding vegetables in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Its small footprint fits even a limited kitchen area, and the unit is quick to clean after use.
A 500 W induction motor delivers output of up to 50 kg/h at a rotation speed of 500 rpm. The body, lid and bowl are made of composite material, while the half-moon and Ø 58 mm cylindrical feed hoppers accept both small and large vegetables. The included disc set covers 2 mm and 4 mm slicing, 2 mm grating, 4×4 mm julienne, and a dicing kit (10 mm slices plus a 10×10 mm grid).
