HENDI Vegetable Cutter Profi Line 231807

The HENDI Vegetable Cutter Profi Line 231807 is professional equipment from the Dutch brand HENDI for fast, even slicing and shredding of vegetables in commercial kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafés and restaurants. The machine is built for the intensive daily workload of a large kitchen.

The housing is made of cast aluminium — strong, hygienic and easy to maintain, with a smooth finish that minimises dirt build-up. Two feed openings of different sizes handle vegetables of various sizes, while the included set of cutting discs extends the range of possible cuts.

• 2 feed openings — a large oval opening 170x78 mm with an integrated pusher arm and a small round opening Ø55 mm with a detachable pusher.

• Multiple safety layers: microswitches on the pusher arm and cover automatically switch the machine off when the pusher is lifted or the cover screw is loosened.
