The Apach AGR1 cheese grater is compact mechanical equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach, designed for quickly grating hard and semi-hard cheese right in the kitchen. It is a useful addition to school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and foodservice businesses that regularly portion cheese for hot dishes, baked goods or salads and want to reduce manual prep time.
