Fimar TV2500 Vegetable Cutter, Multi-Purpose Slicing

The Fimar TV2500 vegetable cutter (Italy) is built for cutting, slicing, grinding and grating a wide range of products — fruit, vegetables, cheese, mozzarella, potatoes, chocolate, hazelnuts and more — in institutional kitchens of schools and healthcare facilities.

The machine has a dual inlet — an oval opening of about 155×75 mm and a round opening 56 mm in diameter — allowing products of different shapes and sizes to be fed in. The casing is coated with anti-scratch polyurethane paint, and the inlet is made of food-grade plastic suitable for contact with produce. The disc spins at 255 rpm, driven by a 0.45 kW motor running on 230V/1N/50Hz power. Operation is protected by a safety microswitch on the handle. Its compact footprint and weight of 22 kg make it easy to place on a kitchen work surface.
