Robot Coupe CL 20 Vegetable Slicer, 50 kg/h output

The Robot Coupe CL 20 vegetable slicer is a compact countertop unit for slicing, grating and shredding vegetables in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Its small footprint fits into even the tiniest kitchen, and the composite body is easy to wipe down after use.

A 400 W induction motor delivers an effective throughput of up to 50 kg/h at 1500 rpm. The lid, bowl and motor unit are made of composite material. Product is fed through a 1.6 L half-moon hopper or a Ø 58 mm cylindrical hopper. Discs for slicing, grating, julienne and ripple cutting are selected separately, as they are not included in the base configuration.
