The Sirman SO 1840 F3 band saw (Italy) is built for cutting meat, bones, fresh and frozen products in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities that process large volumes of meat every day.
The frame is made of cast anodised aluminium - a glossy, hygienic surface that resists corrosion and is easy to clean. The work table, meat pusher and portioning knife are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The saw comes with a 1840 mm blade, including a hardened 16 mm blade suitable for cutting through bone.
