The Frosty SM202VECO meat band saw is the larger model in the Frosty range, featuring an extended blade and built for kitchens that process high volumes of meat: school-meal combines, hospital central kitchens and pre-processing sections of social-catering facilities. The saw cuts meat with or without bone, including frozen meat.
The working surface is made of stainless steel, while the body is made of painted aluminium, providing a hygienic product-contact area and a lighter overall construction. The blade length is 2020 mm. The unit runs on a 220V mains supply with a motor power of 1100 W. Overall dimensions are 640×500×1050 mm. For operator safety, it is fitted with a feed lever and an emergency stop button.
